Procedure  for Individual BO/ Corporate Account    Opting  Trusted  Account Transfer (Using e-token)

1. Download Easiest Registration form.

2. Certificate Registration Form 

    a) Download Certificate Registration Form for individual account.

    b) Download Certificate Registration Form for Corporate account.

    This is for Digital Signature 

3. Download letter of authority for corporate account holders.    

4.  Demand Draft of RS. 2000 in favor or Central Depository Services India Limited (This   

    is applicable only to the holders opting e-token method)

5.  Download Check list.

       a) Download Check list for Individual BO's

       b) Download Checklist for Corporate / company account
