Account Modification

All details of an account holder except his name can be changed, modified or deleted.

The account modification / deletion form can be got from the CSBL DP main branch, nodal branches.

Or click here for account modification/deletion form, all you have to do is take print out of the Account modification/deletion form and submit a duly filled form to the DP.

Documents to be submitted along with Account Modification

• Ration Card

• Passport

• Voters ID

• Driving License

• Pan card with photograph

• Bank Pass book

• Copy of Electricity Bill

• Copy of Telephone Bill

• Copy of rent Agreement
